Newall warrants its new DRO products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of purchase.

Three Year No-Fault Warranty^1,2

During the first three years of ownership, Newall's No-Fault Warranty covers system failures caused by damage, customer abuse, and even improper installation. Loaner Program¹

As a Newall DRO owner, you become eligible for our Free Loaner Program. Simply fill out and return your Registration Form this is included with each DRO system or register online.

Once registered, you will have access to Newall's loaner equipment. In the event of a product failure simply call, fax or email Newall's Technical Support Department. They will provide you the details on how you can receive a loaner unit while the defective unit is being repaired. Certain terms and conditions apply. Contact Newall for details.
